MANAGEMENT  STRUCTURE
George Bonin

Founder,
Chairman of the Board of Directors
 
Mr. Bonin was born in 1949, in Plovdiv, Bulgaria.
After graduating from the French Language School, Varna, Mr Bonin attended the Naval Academy, Varna, where he gained the qualifications of Watchkeeping Officer and Navigation Equipment Engineer.  After 17 years at Navigation Maritime Bulgare, including 4 years as their representative in Italy, he founded Bon Marine S.A. in 1990.
 
Mr. Bonin is 2 time nominee for the prestigious award “Mr. Economy”, respectively in 2005 in the category “Contribution to development of Bulgarian industry” and in 2006 for “Overall contribution to development of Bulgarian economy”.
In 2011, Mr. Bonin was awarded "St. Nikola" diploma by Bulgarian Maritime Chamber for his personal contribution to the development of the Bulgarian maritime economy.
 
Emil Kaikamdjozov

Chief Executive Officer,
Member of the Board of Directors 
 
Mr. Kaikamdjozov was born in 1964. He graduated from the Naval Academy, Varna in 1987 with a Master’s degree in Navigation. In 2004 he acquired his diploma in Management from the Open University, UK.
He began his carrier as a deck officer in the commercial fleet of Navibulgar from 1987 until 1994 when he joins Bon Marine. At the beginning of his carrier in Bon Marine he was initially Manager of the Commercial Department and subsequently Manager of the Container Agency Department.
Mr. Kaikamdjozov is Managing Director of Bon Marine Shipping Agency since the founding of the company in 2001.
He has been elected as member of the Board of Directors of Bon Marine Holding S.A. in 2003 and since 2014 he is Executive Director of the company.
Mr. Kaikamdjozov is a majority shareholder of the company Nord Marine Ltd., which he founded in 2004.
Vanya Trifonova

Financial Director,
Member of the Board of Directors
 
Vanya Trifonova was born in 1972, in Varna, Bulgaria. 

Mrs. Trifonova graduated from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia in 1994 with a Master degree in Marketing and Management. She has also attended expert courses in Managerial accountancy and Corporate finance.

Her accounting carrier began in 1995. Prior to her appointing as a Financial Director in Bon Marine Holding, she has consecutively occupied managerial positions in leading Bulgarian companies.

Vanya Trifonova became a member of the Board of Directors in 2005 and is responsible for maintaining the group's accounting policy in compliance with the State laws and International Financial Reporting Standards.

■ 2019 Successful end of the third drill of 1-21 Khan Asparuh Block
■ 2019 Bon Marine was awarded by another Oil & Gas major company - SHELL, with Contract for Purchase of Integrated Logistics Services
■ 2018 The companies in the Bon Marine group have completed provision of services for two successful exploration drillings
■ 2017 An Addendum was signed to the Main agreement between Bon Marine and South Stream Transport BV for extension of the scope of work on the territory of Turkey under Turk Stream project
■ 2016 Contract for servicing the drilling vessel Noble Globetrotter II was signed between Bon Marine and Noble Corporation for oil and gas exploration in the deep waters of the Han Asparuh offshore block of the Black Sea
■ 2015 Bon Marine in consortium with Geodis S.P.A., wins the tender announced by Total E&P Bulgaria B.V. for provision of logistics base services
■ 2012 – 2014 Logistics partner of Geodis S.P.A., CMBI Construction Co. Ltd China, South Stream Transport B.V. and Saipem S.P.A. Italia
■ 2009 – 2010 Three of the companies in the holding structure obtain status of Authorized Economic Operator
■ 2008 Bon Marine Shipping Agency Ltd wins the tender and is nominated as agent of Nuclear Power Plant Kozloduy for the transportation of exhausted nuclear fuel
■ 2006– 2007 The company participates in several major onshore and offshore drilling projects of Melrose Resources SARL, OMV Austria, Direct Petroleum Exploration – USA and JKX – UK   
■ 2006 In consortium with Fraport, Bon Marine wins the tender for the concession of Varna and Burgas airports
■ 2005 Bon Marine Agency Ltd.  becomes an agent of the Japanese global leader container line KAWASAKI KISEN KAISHA (K LINE)
■ 2004 The company introduces a holding structure and management is decentralized to the five subsidiary companies
■ 1997 A Ship Management and Chartering Department is founded, starting with the full management of a 3000 tons vessel, the next year a 5000 tons vessel is added to the managed fleet
■ 1996 The Company introduces liner and container operations to its growing range of services and becomes the exclusive agent of the prestigious "Evergreen Marine Corporation"
■ 1994 Bon Marine acquires its own storage and warehouse facilities and builds a small terminal for discharging tankers in "Lesport" (one of the ports of Varna)
■ 1993 The company secures numerous long- term contracts, including Texaco, British Gas, Union Pacific, Diamond Offshore and becomes Bulgaria’s premier company in offshore drilling logistics
■ 1990 Mr. George Bonin establishes Bon Marine as a shipping and brokerage agency
