Work space sharing project has started as per proposal from the Human resources dept. In the first stage of the project were included some of the teams who work together on every day basis – Multimodal transport dept. and the colleagues from Terminal Operator EOOD.
 
Every participant had the opportunity to spend couple of hours on the desk / working space of his colleague from the other department and thus understanding more sufficiently the working process, challenges and difficulties which they meet every day.
The participants share that it was very useful to “fill the shoes of the other” even for a short period of time.
