Official start of construction  phase

We are pleased to announce that on the 24 April 2023 we turned the first sod of the new innovative Bon Marine logistics center, located at the entrance of “Botevgradsko Shose” Blvd., Sofia.

The logistic center will have a total of 7 535 sq. m. built-up area, consisting of one main warehouse and a designated administrative unit.
The construction of the building will be made by reinforced concrete with thermal panels.

There will be specific zones for cross-dock pallet and groupage cargo, air-freight cargo handling, two reefer rooms – low and medium temperature, zones for storage and handling of cargo without specific requirements and with designated customs unit.
The maximum usable height of the main warehouse is 13.58 m. Different racking storage systems will be available (conventional, mobile and push back type).
9 truck loading ramps and 3 bus loading ramps will be servicing the loading of cargo in the warehouse and reefer rooms. Storage equipment will consist mainly of reach-trucks, electric pallet trucks and order pickers.

The project is expected to be completed in 305 calendar days as per contract schedule.
