Management Board
Emil Kaikamdjozov
Chief Executive Officer
Member of the Board of Directors
Mr. Kaikamdjozov was born in 1964. He graduated from the Naval Academy, Varna in 1987 with a Master’s degree in Navigation. In 2004 he acquired his diploma in Management from the Open University, UK.
He began his carrier as a deck officer in the commercial fleet of Navibulgar from 1987 until 1994 when he joins Bon Marine. At the beginning of his carrier in Bon Marine he was initially Manager of the Commercial Department and subsequently Manager of the Container Agency Department.
Mr. Kaikamdjozov is Managing Director of Bon Marine Shipping Agency since the founding of the company in 2001.
He has been elected as member of the Board of Directors of Bon Marine Holding S.A. in 2003 and since 2014 he is Executive Director of the company.
Mr. Kaikamdjozov is a majority shareholder of the company Nord Marine Ltd., which he founded in 2004.
Vanya Trifonova
Financial Director,

Vanya Trifonova was born in 1972, in Varna, Bulgaria.
Mrs. Trifonova graduated from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia in 1994 with a Master degree in Marketing and Management. She has also attended expert courses in Managerial accountancy and Corporate finance.
Her accounting carrier began in 1995. Prior to her appointing as a Financial Director in Bon Marine Holding, she has consecutively occupied managerial positions in leading Bulgarian companies.
Vanya Trifonova became a member of the Board of Directors in 2010 and is responsible for maintaining the group’s accounting policy in compliance with the State laws and International Financial Reporting Standards.
Tihomir Trifonov

Tihomir Trifonov was born in 1966 in Ruse where he finished his high school education. Subsequently he acquired the qualifications of master engineer from the National Air Forces Academy in Dolna Mitropolia and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management from the University of Economics in Varna. He joined the Bon Marine team in 2003.
He was elected as a member of the Board of Directors of Bon Marine Holding SA in 2014.
Valeri Petrov

Mr. Valeri Petrov was born in 1964. He graduated from National Military Academy Shumen in 1987 with major engineer in radio electronics and in 1999 Varna University of Economics – Customs regimes, Customs representation, Logistics.
He started his career in 1987 in the Bulgarian National Army as a guidance officer in the Anti-Aircraft Missile Forces and in 1999 he joined Bon Marine team. He held the position of customs officer agent at Bon Marine Agency Ltd.
Mr. Petrov has been appointed as the manager of Terminal Operator EOOD since the creation of the company in 2005.
He was elected as a member of the Board of Directors of Bon Marine Holding SA in 2014.
Peter Mitkov
Business Development

Petar Mitkov was born in 1977 in Varna. He graduated in 2001 from The Naval Academy in Varna with a major in Navigation, later acquired additional qualifications at the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers, Lloyd’s Maritime academy and a master’s degree in Business Administration at Edinburgh Business School.
Joined the Bon Marine team in 2014 and was invited to the Board of Directors in 2019.
He was elected as a member of the Board of Directors of Bon Marine Holding SA in 2019.

Bon Marine Agency Ltd. becomes an agent of the Japanese global leader container line KAWASAKI KISEN KAISHA (K LINE).
2005
CONTRACT
Contract for servicing the drilling vessel Noble Globetrotter Iwas signed between Bon Marine and Noble Corporation for oil and gas exploration in the deep waters of the Han Asparuh offshore block of the Black Sea.
2017
AWARD
Bon Marine was awarded by another Oil & Gas major company – SHELL, with Contract for Purchase of Integrated Logistics Services.
2020
INVESTMENT
New logistics center in Sofia
Bon Marine begins a major investment in Sofia.

FACILITIES
Bon Marine acquires its own storage and warehouse facilities and builds a small terminal for discharging tankers in Port Lesport.

HOLDING STRUCTURE
The company introduces a holding structure and management is decentralized to the five subsidiary companies.
2016
CONCESSION
In consortium with Fraport, Bon Marine wins the tender for the concession of Varna and Burgas airports.
2019
AGREEMENT
Main agreement between Bon Marine and South Stream Transport BV for extension of the scope of work on the territory of Turkey under Turk Stream project.
2021
SERVICES
New transport service Italy – Bulgaria – Italy
Our service provides full cover of both Italian and Bulgarian territory with two departures per week Italy – Bulgaria – Italy.
2023
PARTNERSHIP / NEW SERVICE
4-year contract was concluded with EMSA for the Equipment Assistance Services – of oil spills response equipment in the Black Sea;
