And the Grand Prize Goes To…
On April 14, 2025, for the 16th time, the dazzling and elegant Awards Ceremony of the Stoyan Kambarev Foundation took place — celebrating the now-iconic Flight in Art Award, named after the unforgettable theatre director, and the 355 Film Award, presented for the 7th time.
As tradition holds, the event was hosted by Niki Kunchev. The special musical surprise of the evening was pop diva Maria Ilieva, who captivated the audience with her latest song.
The most significant cultural event for young talents in Bulgaria was once again held with immense public interest, and the venue was filled to the brim with special guests. Two presidents, ministers, mayors, business leaders, cultural elites, and even Hollywood celebrities gathered to applaud the young artists during this glamorous ceremony.
This year’s contenders for the prestigious award were five outstanding artists from various fields:
- Kosta Karakashyan – choreographer and director
- Neda Spasova – actress
- Isus Angelov – accordionist
- Samuil Velev – visual artist
- Stefan Voyvodov – director and animator
🎉 The grand winner this year is the unique accordionist ISUS ANGELOV.
The awards were presented by the Foundation’s devoted benefactors, among them Mr. Emil Kaikamdzhozov, Executive Director of Bon Marine.
