Heavy Logistics in Action!
Our Logistics Center in Sofia received three transformers, weighing 70 tons each – an impressive operation demanding precision, coordination, and serious equipment.
With the help of two cranes (130-ton and 70-ton), the unloading took several hours to ensure every element was handled safely and efficiently.
Heavy cargo isn’t just a challenge – it’s a true test of great logistics. And we passed it again!
At the end of 2024, Bon Marine employees held their traditional Christmas charity auction, raising a total of 1,700 leva.
In early February, the funds were donated to the “Cherno More – Ticha” Basketball Club for People with Disabilities in Varna. As the reigning champions of Bulgaria and winners of numerous international tournaments, the club has achieved remarkable success. However, the state funding they receive is far from sufficient to cover their needs, which is why we chose to support this cause.
We wish them continued success and many more championship titles!

RESULTS:
Over 900 tons of processed bulk cargo:
Unloading, sorting, pallet arrangement, and wrapping – all executed with precise organization and efficient team coordination in the warehouse.
Perfect warehouse bookkeeping:
All goods were promptly recorded, entered into the warehouse system, and organized on storage racking systems, ensuring optimal efficiency and transparency.
INNOVATIONS AND READINESS FOR THE FUTURE:
Customer WEB Portal:
In collaboration with the IT department and software company StedoSoft, we developed an innovative warehouse web portal. Our clients now have real-time access to their goods, from stock availability to incoming and outgoing shipments.
HACCP Compliance Certificate:
By obtaining this certification, we reaffirmed our high standards for safety and quality in the storage of food and other specific products.
Cold Storage Rooms:
The temperature controls of our cold storage rooms, were successfully tested, covering a range from -24°C to +4°C, enabling the handling of temperature-sensitive goods.
New warehouse equipment:
We acquired a STILL EXH-SF 20 Cold Store electric pallet truck to increase processing efficiency.
Development of a customs warehouse:
On November 22, 2024, we received authorization for a customs warehouse – a significant step towards expanding our services.
Bon Marinе supported the organization of the annual charity event of Karin Dom –“Ivan Stanchov Awards” for responsible business. The event took place in October 30, 2024, at Rosslyn Dimyat Hotel in Varna.
The host of the awards ceremony was Nikolaos Tsitiridis, and the special guest performers were the children from the chamber string orchestra of the National School of Arts “Dobri Hristov.”
Awards were presented for individual and corporate support, as well as for contributions to child-focused policies and inclusive education.
Guests reminisced about Ivan Stanchov and his eternal optimism, and they heard several inspiring and captivating success stories.
