Requirements: 

1. Education: University degree – Transport and Logistics; Economics; Sales & Marketing;

2. Vast sales experience in the field of multimodal transport is a must;

3. Fluent English;

4. Computer literacy – excellent command of Windows & MS Office;

Main job obligations:

·  Reviewing shipping documentation to ensure compliance with company standards and legal regulations;

·  Coordinating with shipping companies to negotiate rates and schedules for shipments;

·  Negotiating contracts with carriers to find the best rates for freight shipments;

·  Maintaining records of all incoming and outgoing shipments, including tracking numbers, dates, and customer information;

·  Evaluating potential clients’ shipping needs and recommending appropriate solutions;

·  Coordinating insurance documentation to ensure that cargo is covered for damage or loss during transport;

·  Communicating with customers regarding shipment details and delivery schedules;

·  Assessing carrier performance based on customer feedback and implementing changes where necessary;

·  Establishing relationships with vendors and suppliers to develop new business opportunities.
